Kristin joined Develop Tioga in 2018. She was previously employed by the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) and the B/S/S/T Area Agency on Aging, Inc. She served for several years as the Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Association of County Human Services Administrators (PACHSA). Kristin is a Mansfield University alumni.
