The Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) is a partner of the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning. They provide information on childcare providers, offer daycare referrals, support early learning programs and help families access high quality early learning programs. They also provide information on Child Care Works options for subsidized childcare for eligible parents.
