New Program to Address NEEDS for housing repairs.
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and the Tioga County Commissioners have launched the COVID-19 ARPA Whole-Home Repairs Program. The program is a new grant and loan initiative offered through county-wide agencies to eligible individuals to address severe housing repair needs such as roof damage, unsafe electric wiring, window repairs and replacement, foundation repairs, or accessibility concerns. Develop Tioga is administering the program for Tioga County.
Round One Application Period is Closed.
We are currently in the process of contacting everyone who has submitted an inquiry to determine their eligibility for the program. Based on availability of funds for the program, there may be a second application period.
