Develop Tioga is hiring two dynamic professionals to join our team in strengthening the regional economy.
We are looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to tell our region's story and promote business opportunities. And a proactive Career Pathways Coordinator to collaborate with employers, schools, job seekers, and workforce development partners.

Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator is dedicated to promoting area businesses, local attractions, outdoor recreation opportunities, and community events for residents and visitors alike. This position supports economic development by utilizing digital platforms, creating promotional materials, and coordinating displays in a trailhead building setting to support business attraction and retention initiatives to boost local economic vitality.
CAREER PATHWAYS
Coordinator.
The Career Pathways Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing career-connected learning opportunities for students/participants. This role involves building partnerships with industry leaders, organizing career-focused events and job fairs, identifying work-based learning opportunities (including job shadowing, internships and apprenticeships) and guiding individuals toward meaningful, high-demand employment.
