Nominees must be located in Tioga County and may include projects, businesses, programs, initiatives, events and individuals making a positive difference in Tioga County. The nominee must align with the goals of Develop Tioga to foster and promote community and economic development and create an environment in which businesses, organizations and recipients prosper in Tioga County.
